Privacy Policy

Effective October 6, 2026

Cue is a CRM for people who sell by phone. This page says what we collect, what we do with it, and how to reach us. We keep it short on purpose.

Who runs Cue

Cue is run by the seller named in our Terms of Service. When this page says "we", it means that company.

What we collect

How we use it

Your contacts' data

The records you keep in Cue about your own leads and clients belong to you. We process them only to run the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to collect them and to call, text and email the people in them.

Meta ads feedback

If you connect your Meta ads, Cue sends Meta signals about which leads booked and which bought, so your ads can learn. These signals are sent for your ad account under your Meta terms. You can turn this off by asking us.

Who we share with

Only with the companies that help us run Cue: payment processing (Stripe), hosting, phone and text delivery, email delivery and ad platforms you connect. They may use the data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your data, and we do not sell your contacts' data.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open, plus a short period after it closes so we can handle billing questions and backups. Email us if you want your data deleted sooner.

Security

Your data sits behind a login, is sent over encrypted connections, and is only reached by people who need to help run your account. No system is perfect; if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.

Cancelling

Cancel any time by emailing or calling us. No refunds for time already paid. See the Terms of Service.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will post the new version here with a new date and tell account holders by email.
